How to book us?

  1. Submit a contact form, let us know you’re interested!

  2. A proposal will be sent within 24 hours with pricing details

  3. Secure your date with a deposit

*Booking 3 weeks in advanced is recommended

*Events at private residences, photos will be requested

Terms of Service

  • Package—includes delivery, set-up and breakdown of The Pop-up Picnic (TPP) inventory

  • Set-up/Breakdown—TPP staff will set-up 30-90 minutes prior to event’s start time and breakdown begins at end-time

  • Loading and parking—should be accessible with reasonable distance to event site, or an additional loading fee may apply

  • Early departure notification—email or text TPP STAFF if departing event site earlier than scheduled

  • Inventory—a deposit may be required for TPP's daybeds and outdoor theater equipment for damage/replacement costs and excessive cleaning needed

  • Clean Up—we take pride in our local communities and ask picnickers to clean up and remove personal trash from the event site

  • Client is responsible and accepts full liability for any accidents and injuries to guests during booked picnic with TPP.
